Blackline Prestige provides private chauffeur-driven transport services by prior reservation only.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the terms under which Blackline Prestige provides private chauffeur-driven transport services to its clients, whether individuals or professionals.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services Offered
Blackline Prestige notably offers the following services:
Private transfers (airports, train stations, hotels, events)
Vehicle hire with chauffeur
Professional, event-related, or protocol transport services
All services are carried out using high-end vehicles driven by professional chauffeurs.
4. Reservations
Reservations can be made via:

Email
Each reservation must include accurate information (pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers).
Blackline Prestige reserves the right to refuse any incomplete or inconsistent reservation.
5. Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding VAT or including VAT where specified.
Prices may be calculated:
On an hourly basis (with a minimum duration)
Per kilometer
As a fixed rate communicated to the client
Rates may vary depending on traffic conditions, time, distance, specific conditions, or special requests.
Any additional charges (waiting time, detours, oversized luggage, heavy traffic) may be billed.
6. Payment
Payment may be required:
In advance
On the day of the service
After the service for professional clients, subject to prior agreement
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or any other method communicated to the client.
Any unpaid invoice may result in suspension of services.
7. Cancellation and Modification
Client cancellation:
Any cancellation must be communicated as early as possible. Depending on the notice period, cancellation fees may apply.
Modification:
Any change to the route, schedule, or destination may result in a price adjustment.
Cancellation by Blackline Prestige:
In cases of force majeure or exceptional unavailability, Blackline Prestige undertakes to inform the client and, where possible, offer an alternative solution.
8. Delays and Waiting Time
Chauffeurs wait for the client for a reasonable period included in the service.
Beyond this time, additional waiting charges may apply.
Blackline Prestige cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, accidents, checks, or unforeseen events.
9. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
Respect the vehicle and the chauffeur
Maintain appropriate behavior
Not transport illegal substances
Comply with safety regulations
Any damage caused to the vehicle may be charged to the client.
10. Liability
Blackline Prestige is subject to an obligation of means.
The company cannot be held liable for indirect damages, missed connections, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of the commercial relationship.
It is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except where legally required.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
